YOGA: Stretch/Strength/Serenity

Yoga Class

Join in as you'll go through Body Weight Exercises, Yogalates Stretching and a Serene Cool-Down.  Just 45 minutes for a full-body workout class!  Classes are Monday evenings (February 10, 17, 24 & March 2, 16, 30) from 6:30 - 7:15pm.  Sign up for the full session, or walk in for $5/session (or use your Fitness Center Punch Card, which is 10 sessions at the Fitness Center or Pool for only $30)
