For the past year, the CGBSD has been working to develop a Facility Study and Long-Range Plan for our buildings. As we continue to develop this plan, it is critical to hear from our community to ensure that the vision for our District aligns with your priorities.
The District invites you to attend the community listening session for an opportunity to learn more about District facility needs and engage in discussions to gather feedback.
As we continue to get back to normal, I am happy to say that Rhonda Holland and Lisa Disbrow are bringing back their popular workout classes next week! Rhonda will be leading BodyPump Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm in the MAC while Lisa will be leading HABIT (Hips, Abs, Butt, Inner Thighs) on Mondays from 5:20-5:50pm, and ABC'S (Arms, Back, Chest, and Shoulders) on Thursdays from 5:45-6:15pm. Both will be followed by a 45 minute stretch & balance class in the high school library (6-6:45pm on Mondays and 6:30-7:15pm on Thursdays).
Dear Cedar Grove Belgium Families,
Cedar Grove Belgium School District is participating in the United State Department of Agriculture
(USDA) Seamless Summer Option (SSO) for the entirety of the 2021-22 school year. This means that our school provides free meals to all students! This program provides additional support and flexibility for our district to continue serving meals to children while maintaining safety measures and managing the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gym & Swim will be back Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8pm starting on Monday, September 13! During this time, we will have the pool and middle school gym open for those who want to use it! The cost is $5 per day or you can purchase a punch card for $30, for 10 visits. Or you can purchase a Gym & Swim membership. If you already have a membership, you will not need to pay again. If you have any questions, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am excited to share that starting next week, Barb Skutka will be continuing her spin-cycle classes Monday-Friday for the rest of September! Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be held in the mornings from 5:25-6:15am and Tuesdays & Thursdays will be held from 6-7pm. All classes will be held on the balcony by the pool at the middle school. Since we only have a limited number of cycles, you can reserve one ahead of time for a specific day of the week for $15, giving you that bike for that day of the week until the end of the month (i.e. $15 would give you a bike for every Monday session). You can do that for as many days of the week as you would like. You could also drop-in and pay $5 per class, or pay $30 for a punch card giving you 10 total visits whenever works best for you. Keep in mind that dropping in or using the punch card does not guarantee you a cycle, reserving the bike ahead of time is the only way to ensure you will be able to use it! If interested in reserving a bike, please complete the attached form and return it to the high school office. Otherwise, just show up for a class and hopefully we will have one available for you! If you have any questions, please reach out to me at email@example.com.

This does not include 'milk only' with a lunch from home. Your family account will still be charged for 'milk only' or any ala carte purchase. If you feel that your family would qualify for the free and reduced lunch you should still fill out the application. If you receive Food Share, Medicaid, have Migrant status or have a foster child you may directly qualify through Direct Certification and you will not have to fill out an application. You will receive a confirmation letter in August.
