Spin cycle classes are back starting Monday, September 13th on the balcony by the middle school pool.  Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:25-6:15am and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-7pm.  It is $15 to reserve a bike for a specific day until the end of the month (i.e. $15 would get you every Monday) or $5 to drop in, but you are not guaranteed a bike that way!  If you are interested or have questions, contact Jake!
Starting Monday, September 20, Lisa Disbrow will be back with her popular HABIT, ABC's and Stretch & Balance classes.  HABIT (Hips, Abs, Butt, Inner Thighs) will focus on lower body workouts and will take place Mondays from 5:20-5:50pm, and ABC'S (Arms, Back, Chest, Shoulders) will focus on the upper body and take place Thursdays from 5:45-6:15pm.  Stretch & Balance will take place after each class for another 45 minutes.  Feel free to come to either or both of the classes each day!  Cost will be $5/drop-in or $30 for a punch card, giving you 10 total classes.  Check-in will be at the high school fitness center and the classes will be in the high school library.  If you have any questions, contact Jake!

In addition to the BODYPUMP classes at Oostburg (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30-6:30am), it will be back at Cedar Grove-Belgium High School on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm in the MAC (right across from the Fitness Center).  Price will be $5/drop-in or you can buy a punch card for $30, giving you 10 classes.  The first class will be Monday, September 20th!  If you have any questions, contact Jake!
(BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned and fit. The combination of scientifically-backed moves, light to moderate weights, high repetitions, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve much more than you would on your own.  StartSmart option for beginners staying the first four songs (about 20-25 minutes) or full class 10 songs, or about 60 minutes.)
Hall-walking is available in the high school hallways from 4:00-8:00pm Monday-Thursday, and Fridays 4:00-6:00pm.  If their is an athletic event happening in the school, we ask that you just use the halls of the educational wing (by the District Office).  This is completely free but we do ask that you check-in and out at the Fitness Center.
