What is Public School Open Enrollment?

Each year parents can apply for their children to attend school in a district other than the one in which they reside.  This Open Enrollment allows families the flexibility of residency while achieving the goal of a high quality education for their children.

When is Open Enrollment Allowed?

The open enrollment application period for the 2023-24 school year is February 6 - April 28, 2023 at 4:00pm. Please visit the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction website to learn more about Public School Open Enrollment.
