“With repeated excellent state report cards, high academic achievement, many state caliber athletic accomplishments and the new charter school for students to rack-up college credits in engineering and technical fields such as CNC machining and welding, it’s a great day to be a Rocket,”

School Board President Chad Hoopman.

Welcome to the Cedar Grove-Belgium School District!

THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN EDUCATION!

The Cedar Grove-Belgium School District participates in the Wisconsin Interdistrict Open Enrollment Program, which allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they reside. Wisconsin residents in K4 through Grade 12 may apply to participate in the Open Enrollment program. Parents must submit an application form to nonresident school districts during a window of time that generally begins with the first full week in February and runs through the last week in April. (Please visit the Department of Public Instruction website for exact dates and times.)

Each year the CGBSD Board of Education meets to determine whether seats will be available and, if so, which grade levels will have openings. If there are more applicants than there are seats available, we engage in a computerized random selection process to determine accepted applicants.

The Open Enrollment application window for the 2024-2025 school year is February 5, - April 30, 2024. Each year parents can apply for their children to attend school in a district other than the one in which they reside.  This Open Enrollment allows families the flexibility of residency while achieving the goal of a high quality education for their children.
