Please provide the following pieces of information to request a spot in the swim lesson program at the Cedar Grove-Belgium Aquatic Center. Upon completing this form, you will be contacted to confirm your child's spot in the program. If the class becomes full your child will be placed on the waiting list for that session only if an opening happens to appear. Please fill out a different form for each child if you are looking to register multiple children. Classes will be capped at 8 swimmers each to be sure all kids get safe and quality instruction! Submission will close on October 29, 2025.
As a reminder, for the privacy and comfort of all participants, only same-gender parents or guardians are permitted in the locker rooms. Once you have dropped your swimmer off in the locker room all spectators can watch from up in the balcony viewing area.
All lessons will be based off a first come first serve basis. I appreciate your understanding.

Lessons will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings for a total of 7 sessions.

Prices: Group Lessons: $32/district residents or $38/non-residents
Level Descriptions:
Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it (minimum age of 5).
Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: Children will learn basic swimming skills.
Level 3: Stroke Development: Additional guided practice will help students improve their skills.
Level 4: Stroke Improvement: Kids will gain confidence during swim lessons, improve their stroke and gain additional aquatic skills.
Level 5: Stroke Refinement: Guidance allows kids to refine their strokes and become more efficient swimmers.
Level 6: Swimming and Skill Proficiency: Students will learn to swim with ease and efficiency, and gain the ability to swim smoothly over greater distances. Swimmers will also have the option to participate in more advanced courses.
