Cedar Grove-Belgium High School is looking for a Boy's JV1 Basketball Coach for the 2023-2024 school year. This position will be an assistant to the Varsity team as well. We are looking for applicants that are positive and enthusiastic leaders who have a true passion for not only the game of basketball, but for educating young adults. Interested applicants should express a desire to be a member of the entire program.
• Experience as a head or assistant basketball coach preferred but not required • Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in the strategy and technologies of the sport. • Experience interacting with student-athletes, parents, and assistant coaches through deliberate, positive interactions. • Ability to serve as an effective role model for student-athletes and represent the Cedar Grove-Belgium School District with respect in all communities.
